We welcome your business and want to make it easy for you to order from us. You can order through our online catalog 24/7, or if you prefer you can place your order by phone.
Payment:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal for your convenience.
Warranty:
We extend to you the manufacturer’s warranty on all parts, generally this is for a period of one year from date of sale. Modification or use for other than intended purpose will void the warranty. Items returned under warranty require an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number, please contact us by email or phone to obtain one. The RGA# must be marked clearly on the outside of the returned package. Items returned under warranty are subject to inspection before a refund will be issued.
Cores:
Refunds of core charges on rebuilt parts will be issued when we receive a rebuildable core of the exact same part within 60 days. Different parts will not be accepted as cores, and no cores will be accepted after 60 days. Cores must be returned in the original packaging.

We gladly accept international orders but please be aware that all orders shipped outside the United States must total at least $100.00. General:
(a) Any claim arising out of these Terms of Use will be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be conducted in San Francisco, Chicago, Atlanta, or New York, at the election of the claiming party. Either party may seek equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction. This provision will survive the termination of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and in accordance with the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.
